Description
The apartment is decorated and equipped with all you need for your self catering holiday. It has a large combined living/dining area with corner kitchen.

The living area is bright and airy. It a large sofa that converts into 2 comfortable single beds. The dining area has a glass topped table and 4 chairs. Cable tv, DVD and stereo provide for your entertainment. We have a paper back library and are building up our DVD library.
Internet broad band access now available.
There is a double bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe, clock radio and bed side lamps.

The large bathroom contains a shower, bidet, toilet and vanity unit with mirror. A hair dryer provided.

The kitchen is fitted with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner provided.

A small balcony provides the ideal place for breakfast or for your relaxing aperitif before dinner. Table and chairs provided.

Nice is located on the coast with the sweep of the beautiful Bay of Angels on one side and the foothills of the French Alpes on the other. Its location makes access to the various towns of the Riviera, as well as Italy and the Alps easy.

Cafe life, restaurants and night life are on your doorstep in the pedestrian zone or just a short walk away in the old town. In the day you can relax on the beach or enjoy yourself walking through Nice or visiting the many art galleries and museums.

Nice is a vibrant cosmopolitan city and has good transport links to all those must see places, such as Monte Carlo, Cannes, Antibes to name but a few, on the Riviera.
