On entry there is a livingroom - with 2 sofa beds - dining table and chairs - flat screen TV (with English SAT TV, BBC, ITV, Sky news etc) - The open planned kitchen is fully equipped - with fridge freezer, washer/dryer cooking plates and oven - also with kettle, toaster and coffee maker and hair dryer. Stairs lead upstairs to the mezzanine area with a King size double bed and wardrobe - a japanese shower room and toilet, it is very cosy and quiet. There is airconditioning in livingroom and bedroom - and there is an excellent balcony which overlooks the pedestrian zone of Rue Massena (no traffic noise) This lovely apartment has a romantic feel and would be ideal for a couple looking for a holiday in Nice.
