Very sunny apartement.White walls, aircondition to the two of the three rooms. Wood and black iron,curtines and lots of flowers, everywhere in the apartment.Black and white for main bedroom (ded and wardrobe), dark red for some of the textiles(custines and sofa-cuvers), dark wood for the couchette as for most of the furniture, leather for the traditional armchaire. Beach 300m,supermarket+ fast foods+taverns+ shops+par+ bus station 50m away. Foto shop+doctor 100m away. Balcony faces a common garden. Magnificent view from the main park (100m away) and from the most of the cafeterias.The flat is situated in the center of the village.
Kallithea is one of the most important destinations for summer holiday. It has marvellous beaches, extencive nightlife, tradiotional taverns, lovely cafeterias. There are important sights of cultural life to visit in Chalkidiki, like temple of Ammon Zeus in Kallithea, ancient city of Olynthos, Holy Mountain Athos with the most important byzantine monasteries.
