This 2 bedroom cottage overlooks the kiwifruit orchard and sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms (one queensize bed and 2 single bunk beds). A portacot is available and there is a double sofa bed in the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer etc and there is satellite TV in the living area. The large sunny deck is furnished with tables and chairs and gas BBQ. At Orchard View we have small farm animals, horses, dogs and guinea pigs plus free range ducks and hens.
The Nelson/Golden Bay area is well known for its high percentage of sunshine hours. The Abel Tasman National Park is just minutes away. Fishing, horse riding, sea kayaking and much more are all close by. Wine and craft trails begin just minutes away.

In Motueka you will find supermarkets, fashion shops, restaurants and the Sunday Market. Nelson is a 45 minute drive away and is a larger city with larger shops and restaurants.

Situated at the top of the South Island the nearest national airport is Nelson. The nearest town is Motueka a 12-15 minute drive away. From the North Island by ferry tou will arrive at Picton which is about a 2.5 hour drive away.
