The villa is totally private, and fitted with all modern day appliances. It has its own fantastic private pool (9 x 5 metres) area bordered by a lovely tiled area for sun bathing and BBQ’ing. There are also various solariums on different levels for socialising, entertaining, dining and relaxing.
The villa is ideal for a one or two family holiday as the property splits into a fully equipped self contained luxurious pool side apartment sleeping 4 and a house in the upper two floors sleeping 6.
The villa is situated on the most prestigeous part of a golf development called Camposol in the peaceful Murcian countryside, a ten minute drive from a good selection of blue flag beaches in the bay of Mazarron. Although Camposol itself is an English oasis the area is still Spanish. There are no large hotels or high rises in the coastal town of Puerto de Mazarron. Even in July and August traffic and parking is not a problem when going to the beach or restaurants.
The Sierra Espuña National Park (20 minutes drive from Camposol) contains Murcia´s largest extensions of forest, as well as being one of its most emblematic areas of outstanding natural beauty. Its modern verdure is due in large part to reforestation campaigns carried out towards the end of the 19th century. The park is a splendid place to picnic, walk, survey wildlife (deer, golden eagles, wild boar, black vultures and rare barbary sheep etc) or mountain bike. A wonderful day out.

Camposol has a good selection of bars, and restuarants as well as a couple of good supermarkets all within walking distance of the villa not forgetting the excellent 18 hole golf course and magnificent club house. Its basically a great place for the family to unwind and enjoy themselves.
