The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area equipped witha double sofa bed, Satellite TV and DVD player, so you can still watch all your favourite programmes if you wish. Both the bedrooms have wardrobes and bed side tables. A bathroom which has both a bath and shower.
The lounge/dining area and the main bedroom lead out to the spacious balcony which is equipped with table and chairs and overlooks the pool area. The apartment is also air conditioned throughout. All bed linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels).
The pool area is surrounded by fencing and gates therefore is secure for the children, it also has several pool side showers and a childrens pool. There is plenty of grass to sunbathe on.
The Costa Almeria is as varied as any of the Spanish Coasts. The coast is completely unspoilt. To the east of Almeria we find the rugged and desolate coast of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar natural park. This is an arid desert landscape and the annual rainfall here is less than 200mm. It is sparsely populated, few villages and a very low population density. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as many of the coves can only be reached on foot. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers.
This is the driest part of Europe with approximately 320 days of sunshine each year, The Almeria region is agricultural, with many greenhouses and fields growing a variety of produce such as tomatoes, lettuces, melons, lemons, oranges and olives. The Almeria region is one of the last parts of Spain to be developed, and does not have the mass tourism of the other 'costas'
Information about: MOJACAR PLAYA
The Playa is a short walk, here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The old village of Mojacar Pueblo is approx 5 minute drive and there is a lot of historical buildings of interest including the natural springs where the women use to go to bathe their feet, Mojacar Pueblo also has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants many people typical spanish.
Along the playa you will also find horse riding, quad bike tours and rentals, and several childrens play areas.
Garrucha is a typical spanish town about a 10 minute drive along the coast road. It is famous for its red prawns and sea food, everey morning if you get up early you can go to the port and watch the fishing boats leave for there days catch. There is an auction in the port everey day around 5pm where the fisherman sell there catch to all the local restaurants, the public are welcome to watch or buy. From garrucha port you can take day trips on boats or can go for a day fishing.
Also nearby you have the Garrucha Microlite centre where you can take a 20 minute assisted flight in a microlite, there is also the Aqua Park with its slides and different atractions in Vera Playa. There is also Tennis, Golf and Diving available all within 15 minutes drive.

A refundable 150 euro breakages deposit is taking with final payment returnable within 28 days of departure after inspection of property (subject to no breakages).
25% deposit is taken at time of booking to secure the property. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Occupancy from 2pm Vacate by 10am unless previously arranged.
Payment to be paid in euros via credit card. A 2% surcharge is applicable.
Prices are per week, any bookings not rounding to a week additional days will be charged at a pro rata rate.
