Description
This large comfortable apartment is situated in Monte Duquesa, a short walk from the marina at Duquesa. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd & 4th floor, sleeping 6.

The lounge consists of two large sofas, an armchair and a dining table to seat 6. There a TV with a selection of UK channels. A fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home which leads to a utility room with the washer & dryer.

There are two twin bedrooms on this level. The master twin, has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead to the lower terrace. Here you will find a table & chairs to enjoy your lunch or maybe a cocktai in the eveningl. The terrace is south facing and therefore gets the sun all day. The other twin bedroom looks out towards the pools & gardens. There is an additional bathroom on this level.

The stairs will lead you to another twin bedroom which has its own private terrace with views of the sea.

In the gardens, there are is a large swimming pool and a childrens pool. The spacious gardens offer shade and sun, numerous sun loungers are provided.

Just around the corner from the apartment you will find a beautiful square with several bars, restaurants and shops. The area is ideally suited for family holidays and young and old alike can enjoy the many attractions the area has to offer. Whether you wish to sun worship on the local beaches (blue flag), golf until you're golfed out, explore the white villages on the nearby Andalucian Sierras, day trip to Morocco or just relax in the comfort of your fully equipped apartment - there's something for everyone

Information about: DUQUESA
Duquesa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Manilva. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is located about a 5 minute walk from the marina at Duquesa. The port of Duquesa has a wide selection of bars & restaurants, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.

Near to the apartment is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean. More of europes finest golf courses are within a thirty minute drive, including : Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Los Flamingos, MonteMayor, Atalaya Park, Estepona, San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.
