This comfortable apartment is situated on the beach at Puerto de la Duquesa. Fully airconditioned throughout, cool for the summer, warm for the winter. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 4th floor, sleeping 6.
The lounge consists of two large sofas and dining table to seat 6. There a TV and DVD with UK satellite free view channels. A fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home which leads to a utility room with the washer & dryer. All 3 bedrooms are west facing and overlook the port & beaches. The double bedroom is en-suite with a bath & shower over. There are two further twin bedrooms and another bathroom.
Relax on the sunloungers on the terrace with a glass of Rioja and enjoy the superb sea views, or enjoy a meal on the table that seats 4, the superb views from the terrace include the beach, the Med and the marina at Duques.
In the gardens, there are 4 swimming pools, one of which is heated. The main swimming pool looks out to the beach and sea with direct access. Sun loungers are provided around the pools. Also take advantage of the sauna, gym, table tennis and table football which is available to all guests.
Duquesa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Manilva. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated next to the beaches and the marina at Duquesa. The port of Duquesa has a wide selection of bars & restaurants, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
Near to the apartment is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean. More of europes finest golf courses are within a thirty minute drive, including : Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Los Flamingos, MonteMayor, Atalaya Park, Estepona, San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.

SABINILLAS - A traditional spanish coastal town with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks etc, only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
GIBRALTAR - A little piece of Britain in the sun, with its duty free shopping and world famous Barbary Apes, only a 20 minute drive.
MARBELLA/PUERTO BANUS - Hang out with the rich and famous in glitzy Puerto Banus with its designer shops, boutiques and bars centred around the spectacular marina. The apartment is about 20 minutes from Purto Banus.
CASARES - Virtually untouched by tourism is a 10 min drive away to one of the many traditional white villages.
RONDA - Take a trip into the mountains to visit Rondas spectacular gorge and famous bullring!.
SEWLO NATIONAL PARK - An enormous nature park where animals of the five continents co- exist in semi wild conditions, including tigers, bears, camels, elephants and many more, only 10 minutes away.
